The public classes start at 8:00 am and end at 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday at most locations. Weeks with 4.5 days will end at 12:00 pm on Friday. This includes the JumpStart, as well as the first week of the Green Belt. The first week of the Master Black Belt also includes a ½ day on the first Friday. The instructor was awesome. Knew her stuff and presented the info clearly and in an easily digestible manner.
The best section was the Process Variable Mapping steps. Breaking down how that relationship works and how the conveyer belt looks like was great. Secondly was the FMEA overview and Quiz exercise we did. It was really awesome made me had to apply that logic to my workplace and I encourage more of that especially in webinars. The more interaction possible the better.
