Online LIVE Yellow Belt Webinar


Seminar delivers LIVE online by one of 6Sigma.us’s experienced Master Black Belts via Zoom. The interactive seminar will give students the chance to pose questions throughout the course. This fifteen-hour Yellow Belt online seminar introduces several fundamental concepts from the DMAIC roadmap that are critical to prioritizing inputs of a process and identifying quick wins along the way in a common language for a thorough understanding by those in attendance.

Note: Yellow Belt also includes the White Belt training.

The 6Sigma.us Yellow Belt Webinar will be a 2.5-day course. Training begins on a Tuesday this day is our White Belt, and then Wednesday and ½ day on Thursday wraps up the Yellow Belt portion of the program. After obtaining this second-level belt, you can become a qualified team member of a Green Belt or Black Belt project.

Course Time (Given by each time zone):

  • 10 am – 4 pm (Eastern)
  • 9 am – 3 pm (Central)
  • 7 am – 1 pm (Pacific)

  • White Belt concepts
  • Process Variables Mapping (the six-foot view)
  • C&E Matrix
  • Failure Modes and Effects Analysis
  • Waste Identification & Methods to Reduce Waste
  • Introduction to Statistics and Graphical Analysis

At the end of this course, the attendees will:

  • Acquire the knowledge obtained from the White Belt
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the team-based Six Sigma tools utilized to prioritize the inputs of the process (process maps, C&E Matrix, FMEA)
  • Understand the necessary tools required to become valuable contributors to an organization’s larger goals and objectives
