Yellow Belt Training

The <a title=”Six Sigma Yellow Belt” href=”https://www.6sigma.us/six-sigma-yellow-belt.php” data-mce-href=”https://www.6sigma.us/six-sigma-yellow-belt.php”>Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt</a> consists of 2.5 days of training and provides a basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma processes, concepts, and ideologies and introduces several fundamental concepts from the DMAIC roadmap that are critical to prioritizing inputs of a process and identifying quick wins along the way.<a title=”Six Sigma Classroom Training” href=”https://www.6sigma.us/lean-six-sigma-training-certification/classroom-training/” data-mce-href=”https://www.6sigma.us/lean-six-sigma-training-certification/classroom-training/”>Classroom courses</a> take place Monday to Tuesday from 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, and Wednesday from from 8:00 am until lunch break of most of the <a title=”Six Sigma Green Belt” href=”https://www.6sigma.us/six-sigma-green-belt.php” data-mce-href=”https://www.6sigma.us/six-sigma-green-belt.php”>Lean Six Sigma Green Belt</a> class.<a title=”Six Sigma Webinars” href=”https://www.6sigma.us/lean-six-sigma-training-certification/webinar-training/” data-mce-href=”https://www.6sigma.us/lean-six-sigma-training-certification/webinar-training/”>Webinar courses</a> take place from Tuesday to Thursday. Tuesday and Wednesday classes are 6 hours long from 9:00 am (Central) through 3:00 pm (Central), and Thursday is 3 hours 9:00 am (Central) through 12:00 pm (Central).<strong>Note:</strong> Yellow Belt includes the White Belt training.
