Yellow Belt Training [ ]

The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt consists of 2.5 days of training and provides a basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma processes, concepts, and ideologies and introduces several fundamental concepts from the DMAIC roadmap that are critical to prioritizing inputs of a process and identifying quick wins along the way.

Classroom courses take place Monday to Tuesday from 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, and Wednesday from from 8:00 am until lunch break of most of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt class.

Webinar courses take place from Tuesday to Thursday. Tuesday and Wednesday classes are 6 hours long from 9:00 am (Central) through 3:00 pm (Central), and Thursday is 3 hours 9:00 am (Central) through 12:00 pm (Central).

Note: Yellow Belt includes the White Belt training.

Want Certification? We offer a two week Green Belt program that is designed to provide you with the skills needed to successfully complete Lean Six Sigma projects. We also have a combined program that allows you to complete your Black Belt in just three weeks of training.

White and Yellow Belt are not prerequisites for Green Belt, you may enroll directly in the Green Belt certification training course if you expect to lead projects.
