Green Belt Certification & Training [ ]
The 2-Week Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training and Certification consists of two weeks of training, each with four days of class, and there’s about a month between the two weeks.
This course provides participants with a solid foundation in the Lean Six Sigma methodology, focusing on the DMAIC roadmap (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) and core tools for improving processes, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency. It’s designed for individuals who want to lead projects and drive measurable improvements within their organizations, with practical, hands-on training delivered by experienced Master Black Belts.
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt may be combined with the Six Sigma Black Belt after the Green Belt. You can take the Green Belt course in any city or date and follow up later with the Black Belt in any other city or date at a later time. You can also mix and match Green and Black Belt dates and locations.
2-Week Green Belt classroom courses take place each week Monday to Thursday from 8:00 am through 5:00 pm.
2-Week Green Belt live virtual courses take place each week from Tuesday to Friday. Classes are 6 hours long each day, from 9:00 am (Central) through 3:00 pm (Central).
Minitab software is required for training. You may choose to download the 14-day free trial in time for the class.
Note: 2-Week Green Belt Training and Certification includes White & Yellow Belt, Green Belt BootCamp, and Green Belt Week 2 training.
