This is one day workshop is designed to be an excellent primer for Six Sigma training. After the end of this Six Sigma Belts can focus on learning the Six Sigma methodology and not have to focus on learning Minitab and Six Sigma at the same time. Some 6 Sigma.us clients have chosen to integrate a portion this workshop in the afternoon session of a Week 0 Six Sigma project chartering Green Belt meeting.
Minitab Training for Six Sigma Black Belts and Six Sigma Green Belts Training: 2 days
This course is ideal for those already trained in Six Sigma Methods that desire more hands on Minitab training. Learn how to drive Minitab 16 like a pro. Learn how to increase your speed in repetitive tasks, how to create your own custom presentation graphics pages, how to handle large data sets with out getting lost, how to import from Excel. After these two days you will never look at Minitab the same. Learn what all those tool bars do, the project manager, clever uses of the report pad, short cut keys and much more. Each two day course will allocate up to a half day to cover topics requested by participants prior to training.
