Yellow Belt Certification
The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course provides a basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma processes, concepts, and ideologies and introduces several fundamental concepts from the DMAIC roadmap that are critical to prioritizing inputs of a process and identifying quick wins along the way.
The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Online Virtual-Led is an 2.5-day course taking place on Tuesday and Wendesday. Each day of training will be six hours long, with breaks included, and is hosted on Zoom. On Thursday, training will be three hours long, with breaks included.
Course Time (Given by each time zone):
- 10 am – 4 pm (Eastern)
- 9 am – 3 pm (Central)
- 8 am – 2 pm (Mountain)
- 7 am – 1 pm (Pacific)
There are no prerequisites for the Yellow Belt program. White Belt concepts are covered during this training.

At the end of this course, the attendees will:
- Acquire the knowledge obtained from the White Belt
- Gain an in-depth understanding of the team-based Six Sigma tools utilized to prioritize the inputs of the process (process maps, C&E Matrix, FMEA)
- Understand the necessary tools required to become valuable contributors to an organization’s larger goals and objectives
Registration may be transferred to another virtual class attended within 6 months of originally scheduled date, there will be a $50 rescheduling fee if you are not able to attend your scheduled session. Please note, however, that refunds are not available.
