I am happy I gave six sgma a chance. I definitely will go on to the yellow belt and there's no stoping me till i get to the black belt. Six sigma is so practicable, almost every other slide showed me a daily occurence in my job. I am an entrepreneur and making money and customer satisfaction are key and must run concurrently without one hurting the other. A total knowlege of sixsigma process will definitely help boost my business, customer service and satisfaction, reduce wastage of resources and keep everyone happy while still making money.
