At this moment the key aspects are mentioned, only enough to acknowlegde the lack of understanding about key principles of project management that is required. A focus is already created for the required inputs and information required prior prior to project selection, planning, functional support groups, roles, responsibilities, measurement, analyzing, improvement and control.
