The Six Sigma Online Green Belt BootCamp Webinar is a four-day course taking place on Tuesday-Friday, each day of training will be six hours long, with breaks included.

Course Time (Given by each time zone):

  • 10 am – 4 pm (Eastern)
  • 9 am – 3 pm (Central)
  • 7 am – 1 pm (Pacific)

The Green Belt BootCamp training will cover the basics of how to scope your project, map out the processes, prioritize what you need to focus on and understand baseline metrics. Many students continue with week 2 of Green Belt training at a later date.

White, Yellow Belt, and Green Belt BootCamp are not prerequisites for Green Belt, you may enroll directly in the Green Belt training course if you expect to lead projects.
