I enjoyed this first step. I am in EMS as a paramedic and am trying to figure out how to transition the language of a manufacturing process to the daily responsibilities that I have in an EMS/Fire department. I can see how some of these prinicipals could be used in upper managment, but I am a field provider at this time.
