Root Cause Analysis Certification
The Root Cause Analysis (RCA) program is for individuals, teams, and organizations who desire to institutionalize an operating system for structured problem-solving. Complete a project following the 8D Roadmap and apply appropriate methods to solve a problem with an unknown cause. A coach will be your guide as needed.

The RCA Online Virtual-Led is a 3-day course taking place Tuesday-Thursday. Each day of training will last six hours long including breaks.
Course Time (given by each time zone):
- 10 am – 4 pm (Eastern)
- 9 am – 3 pm (Central)
- 8 am – 2 pm (Mountain)
- 7 am – 1 pm (Pacific)
There are no prerequisites for the RCA program.
