Initial FMEA yielded 17 improvement opportunities by RPN.
Chi-Square analysis allows for the acceptance of the Ha.
The log errors are dependent on the individual clerk.
Clerk B has the least errors and has the longest log time
with a log time mean
of 158 seconds.
Clerk D has 52% of all errors and the shortest log time
with a log time mean
of 120 seconds.
From the I and MR chart, Clerk D has a much wider
variation in log times than clerks B & BN.
From the Chi-Square analysis, Clerk D is 35.9% worse
than the statistical model predicted error rate.
